In this work, a computational tool based on network theory and scientific-technological surveillance was implemented to visualize the research trends of a higher education institution: case study, Corporación universitaria empresarial Alexander von Humboldt. For this purpose, an instrument was developed to collect information on the institution's research projects, based on which different types of networks (keywords and authors) were constructed. Finally, an analysis was made of each of these networks and the centrality of the networks was studied, resulting in a poorly connected network with low density. Similarly, the different research trends in the institution were identified, as well as the researchers with the greatest diversity of topics. ; Neste trabalho, uma ferramenta computacional baseada na teoria da rede e na vigilância científico-tecnológica foi implementada para visualizar as tendências de pesquisa de uma instituição de ensino superior: estudo de caso, Corporación universitaria empresarial Alexander von Humboldt. Para este fim, foi desenvolvido um instrumento para coletar informações sobre os projetos de pesquisa da instituição, com base no qual diferentes tipos de redes (palavras-chave e autores) foram construídas. Finalmente, foi feita uma análise de cada uma delas e foi estudada a centralidade das redes, resultando em uma rede mal conectada e de baixa densidade.
