| الوصف: | The article investigates the question of the place and importance of legal education in the legal system of Ukraine, the process of reform according to the needs of today and of legal practice.The author of this article says, that lawyers consider legal education as one of the important components of the legal system each country and an object of comparative law. Pay attention to the fact that the general system of higher education and process of formation Ukraine as a legal country, holds a special place in a legal education. The attention to the fact that the general system of higher education and in the formation of Ukraine as a legal state holds a special place it is legal education. After all, experience and state rule-making since Ukraine’s independence confirms that enshrined constitutional principle of «rule of law» can not be put into practice without the existence of high-quality legal education system. Construction of legal and socially-oriented country envisage creation of scientifically substantiated foundation of a legal system of Ukraine, national legislation and its effective realization in all spheres of public life needs highly skilled specialists in the field of law. Undoubtedly, the level of legal culture and legal awareness, efficiency of law enforcement, which also is a component of the legal system, nominated high demands for competency, practical skills and specialist lawyers. Especially from modern lawyers requested a thorough knowledge of purely juridical sciences, and of those that reflect the current state of society, that is information technology, foreign languages, economics, ecology, political science, public administration, sociology, protection of military, protect especially national-ethnic culture and traditions.
