Der Text greift eine Arbeit von 2015 auf, der zum 70jährigen Gedenken der Befreiung von Auschwitz (27.01.1945) verfasst worden war und den „dunklen Seiten“ der Menschen nachgeht anhand weiterer Gräueltaten, Handlungen des Extremen etwa in den Kriegen auf dem Balkan etc. Man muss für solche Demozide/Genozide, Pogrome eine Erinnerungskultur aufbauen, die uns hilft, das Unfassbare nicht zu verleugnen, die Gefährlichkeit des Menschen zu erkennen und handlungsbereit und handlungsfähig zu werden, malignen Dynamiken entgegen zu treten, Friedensarbeit zu leisten.
