伴随着万众创业浪潮来临、企业高速发展、社会愈发多元化、服务要求更高的情况下，国家提出了精简政府职员的要求。在这样的大环境下，以往的手工处理及电脑单机版的方式，已不能满足梧州市工商部门新形势工作的需要。必须充分利用现代科技手段和信息技术，逐步建立起具有统一管理、便于查阅以及满足移动办公等特点的档案管理信息系统。探索一种集中、高效、便捷的管理办法和手段，建立一个档案管理系统对全面实行管理信息化具有重要作用。 本文首先研究了档案数字化的背景和研究现状，在此基础上提出了论文的主要工作内容。其次，对梧州市工商局档案信息系统的需求进行了分析，根据梧州市工商局档案信息系统的实际需求，总体上把系统设计为公文. ; With the tide of people’s undertaking business, enterprises’ rapid development, the society’s increasing diversity, higher service’s requirements, the state proposed streamlining government employees.
