| الوصف: | U ovom radu će se pobliže opisati tehnologija oblikovanja metala deformiranjem pomoću robota. Prvi dio rada obuhvaća teoriju u kojem će se definirati načini korištenja robota, klasificirati postupci oblikovanja metala deformiranjem pomoću robota, opisati će se utjecajni parametri u samom procesu te će se navesti prednosti i nedostatci postupka. Drugi dio rada se sastoji od proračuna osnovnih parametara oblikovanja metala deformiranjem pomoću robota za predmet jednostavne geometrije te proračun parametara procesa dubokim vučenjem za isti predmet. Parametri oba postupka će se usporediti te će se izvršiti izbor najpovoljnijeg postupka. ; This work will provide a closer description of the roboforming technology. The first part of the work encompasses the theory where the ways of utilizing robots will be defined, the procedures of metal shaping through deformation using robots will be classified, influential parameters in the process will be described, and the advantages and disadvantages of the procedure will be outlined. The second part of the work consists of calculating the basic parameters of roboforming for an object with simple geometry and calculating the parameters of the deep drawing process for the same object. The parameters of both procedures will be compared, and the most favorable procedure will be selected. |
