The results of investigations devoted to the synthesis of new tetranorlabdanecompounds containing oxadiazole structural units are reported. The tetranorlabdanederivatives 3 and 4 with oxadiazole units were prepared from the intermediate hydrazide2 which was treated with the CDI 1,1prime;-carbonyldiimidazole. The correspondinghydrazide 2, was prepared from commercially available sclareolide 1 Scheme 1.Reagents and conditions: a NH2NH2xH2O, EtOH, 90%; b CDI, THF, 81%; c Et3N, Acetone, 81%.The structures of all compounds 3 and 4 were established on the basis of their 1H,13C and 2D NMR data.Aknowledgements: Authors are thankful to the grant bilateral Romania-Moldova 2016, forfinancial support. |
