Cílem této bakalářské práce je provést finanční analýzu společnosti NH Hospital a.s. z pozice externího analytika. Cílem finanční analýzy je provést celkové zhodnocení finančního zdraví společnosti a poukázat na stabilitu podniku. K provedení finanční analýzy byly použity výroční zprávy a data z účetních výkazů z let 2017-2020. Bakalářská práce se skládá ze dvou částí. Teoretická část bakalářské práce se zabývá definováním jednotlivých ukazatelů a metod finanční analýzy. V praktické části bakalářské práce byly jednotlivé ukazatele a metody aplikovány na zvoleném podniku. Zjištěné výsledky byly porovnány s konkurenčními podniky a je provedena aplikace bankrotního a bonitního modelu. V závěru práce jsou zjištěné výsledky shrnuty a je zhodnoceno finanční zdraví společnosti NH Hospital a.s. ; The aim of this thesis is to do a financial analysis of the company NH Hospital Ltd. from the position of external analyser. The goal of this financial analysis is to do an over-evaluation of the financial health of the company and show its stability. To do the analysis, annual reports and accounting records from the years 2017 to 2020 were used. This bachelor thesis consists of two parts. The theoretical part of this thesis deals with the definition of different indices and methods of financial analysis. In the practical part of this thesis these indexes and methods were applied on the chosen company. The results were compared with competing businesses and we applied bankruptcy and creditworthy models. In the final part, the results are summarised and the financial health of the company NH Hospital Ltd. is evaluated. |
