| الوصف: | The centrality of the human person as a constitutional foundation comprises its protection, and the guarantee of its dignity and inalienable rights, being a subject in constant debate, defense and interactions with other classifications that give it full understanding and meaning. Thus, this article presents considerations on the essential interactions between the Dignity of the Human Person and the Personality Rights in order to highlight this deep, consequent and necessary connection, passing through its historical construction, starting from the concept of the person and the Dignity of the Human Person until reaching its protection in the contemporary Legal System, in particular, the Brazilian. Therefore, a basic, descriptive and bibliographical research was developed, approaching the theme from theoretical references, using the hypothetical-deductive method. ; La centralidad de la persona humana como fundamento constitucional pasa por su protección, y la garantía de su dignidad y derechos inalienables, siendo sujeto en constante debate, defensa e interacción con otras clasificaciones que le otorgan pleno entendimiento y significado. Así, este artículo presenta consideraciones sobre las interacciones esenciales entre la Dignidad de la Persona Humana y los Derechos de la Personalidad, con el fin de resaltar esta conexión profunda, consecuente y necesaria, pasando por su construcción histórica, a partir del concepto de persona y la Dignidad de la Persona Humana hasta alcanzar su protección en el Sistema Jurídico contemporáneo, en particular, el brasileño.
