| الوصف: | Historic Assembly of Prizren, which founded the Albanian League, was held in Bajrakxhami (in Flag Mosque) of this city. Although it was held inside an object of Islamic cult, it was attended not only by 38 Muslim participants, but along with them, there were lined five Christian delegates (Orthodox and Catholic). There were taken historical decisions for the fatherland’s destiny and its future. This unimaginable stand for the time was dictated by the historic moment, which presented to them the pressing task for unity regardless of religion affiliations in order to save the Albanian country against the threat of disintegration. This unity of different religious elements came naturally following the centuries-old tradition of inter-religious cohabitation among believers of different religions. For the author Sylejman Kylçe, with origin from Luma, who communicates the decisions taken during the proceedings of this Assembly, it is fully clear and indisputable that these delegates had come there not for the sake of narrow, specific interests, but, as he underscored “to protect the rights of entire Albania”. There were just the representatives of the Albanian population of Kosovo the ones who initiated the movement for the establishment and right orientation of the League of Prizren. There were precisely those who, speaking on behalf of the entire Albanian people, gave to the League the pan-Albanian platform, patriotic program and the revolutionary tactics of war for the preservation of the integrity of the native land and, simultaneously, for the struggle for securing the national rights to the level of a politicaladministrative autonomy within the Ottoman Empire. They carried out this task because of the press of time without waiting the arrival of representatives of other Albanian territories.
