Дідоренка. - 2018. - № 2 (82). - С. 297-305. ; Статтю присвячено висвітленню оперативно-розшукової характеристики вбивства на замовлення. Проаналізовано чинне законодавство та емпіричний матеріал. Констатовано, що сучасна оперативно-розшукова характеристика вбивств на замовлення охоплює багато різних спеціальних ознак, починаючи від місця, часу та способу їх вчинення й закінчуючи наявністю типових ознак жертв таких злочинів, замовників і виконавців. The article is devoted to the coverage of the operational-search characteristics of the murder on the order. In particular, the main aspects of criminal law, criminological, psychological and forensic characteristics are given. Thus, from the point of view of criminal law, the author analyzes the current legislation, in particular, the provisions of the Criminal Code of Ukraine are set forth, the problem aspects of the legal qualification of assassination are determined and the typical errors of such qualification of investigators' practitioners. The article is devoted to the coverage of the operative-investigative characteristics of custom-made murder. Existing legislation and empirical material are analyzed. It is stated that the modern investigative characterization of custom killings covers many different special features, ranging from the place, time and manner of committing them and ending with the presence of typical features of victims of such crimes, customers and perpetrators. |
