| الوصف: | لقد شهدت سلطنة عمان تغييرا سياسيا مفصليا ومهما عام 2020 وقد تمثل بوفاة السلطان قابوس بن سعيد وتولي السلطان هيثم بن طارق السلطنة خلفآ له , وهناك تحديات قد تواجه السلطان الجديد هيثم بن طارق , وهذا التحدي يكمن في مدى رغبة السلطان هيثم بالحفاظ على سياسة الحياد الايجابي والصعوبة في تسيير السياسة في ظل تعقد المنظومة السياسية في الدول العربية , بالإضافة الى الوضع الاقتصادي في سلطنة عمان . وعلى هذا سوف نستعرض في هذا البحث ملامح السياسة الداخلية والخارجية في ظل حكم السلطان الجديد هيثم بن طارق, بالإضافة الى استعراض السيناريوهات المستقبلية المحتملة لطبيعة تلك السياسة, كما سيتم تناول الملامح والتحديات التي قد تواجه السلطان الجديد هيثم بن طارق سواء كانت تحديات داخلية او خارجية , بالإضافة الى استعراض السيناريوهات المسقبلية للسياسة الخارجية لسلطنة عمان في ظل السلطان الجديد هيثم بن طارق. ; The Sultanate of Oman witnessed a crucial and important political change in 2020, which was represented by the death of Sultan Qaboos bin Said and Sultan Haitham bin Tariq assuming the Sultanate as his successor. Challenges that may face the new Sultan Haitham bin Tariq, and this challenge lies in the extent of Sultan Haitham’s desire to maintain a policy of positive neutrality. And the difficulty in conducting politics in light of the complexity of the political system in the Arab countries, in addition to the economic situation in the Sultanate of Oman. Accordingly, we will review in this research the features of the internal and external policy under the rule of the new Sultan Haitham bin Tariq, in addition to reviewing the possible future scenarios for the nature of that policy, and the features and challenges that may face the new Sultan Haitham bin Tariq, whether they are internal or external challenges. In addition to reviewing the future scenarios of the foreign policy of the Sultanate of Oman in Ya Emami Mira, the shadow of the new Sultan Haitham bin Tariq. |
