| الوصف: | This paper aims to analyse, within the broader regulatory framework dictated by the European Union and by the state legislator, the experience gained by the Liguria Region in its capacity as «subject-actuator» of the interventions arranged in favor of the territory in the National Plan of Recovery and Resilience, as a «case study» to verify empirically and at least at the «state of the art» what could be, more generally, the developments and possible twists in the «vertical» relationship with the State that could be determined on the constitutional level. |
