| الوصف: | This article touches upon the impact of the Colombian armed conflict, as it relates to the dismantling of the union movement. The article reviews the form in which, over the past years, the rate unionized workers has declined substantially. To confirm this, variousstudies are alluded that of which support the general opinion that Colombia is the most dangerous country in the world, when dealing with union activity issues. The State is referred to as a contributing agent to the general loss of security, as a result of its implementation of anti-union policies. Furthermore, the article expands on what constitutes, in our opinion, the main effect of the loss of security, namely, the diminishing of collective bargaining processes that rely on a framework of “conflict resolution” whose objectives are to distribute evenly the guarantees akin to a collective conflict solution and the sacrifices required by each of the participants in the employment relationship ; El presente artículo demuestra la incidencia del conflicto armado colombiano en la desarticulación del movimiento sindical. Se observa como en los últimos años la tasa de trabajadores sindicalizados por esa razón ha disminuido significativamente, no en vano distintas investigaciones afirman, que nuestro país es el más peligroso del mundo para ejercer la actividad sindical. De igual forma se esboza una posible responsabilidad estatal por la implementación de políticas antisindicales, y se desarrolla la que a nuestro juicio constituye la principal consecuencia a esta situación, cual es, la disminución de procesos serios de negociación colectiva que utilicen este mecanismo en forma idónea para repartir equitativamente las garantías de solución al conflicto colectivo y los sacrificios necesarios por parte de cada uno de los actores de la relación laboral |
