This dataset contains the image data, localisation data, and analysis scripts for the paper titled "Single-molecule localisation microscopy with minimal sample drift using a reinforced optical cage system". The dataset has eleven categories: Axio_beads_images - the image sequences of the beads from the AxioObserver microscope. These are named 'Image 1--10' and are .czi files. These images were recorded using the ROCS microscope. The files are called '10_Mar_tubulinAF647_ROCS_1--3' and are .tif files. Cos7_Tubulin_AF647_ROCS_locs - the localisations of the STORM image sequences of the COS-7 cells with microtubules labelled with AF647. These data are from the ROCS microscope. This file is called 'COS7_tubulinAF647_localisations_1_45k' and is a .csv file AF647_single_molecule_ROCS - these are localisation data of 10 molecules of Alexa Fluor 647.
