The general objective of this work is to describe the stages of technological management present in the small companies of the clothing sector in the city of Barranquilla, Department of Atlántico-Colombia. The variable Technological Management is based on the authors Aponte (2015), Afuach (1999) y Rincón, y Peláez (2013), among others. The research is considered descriptive, under a quantitative approach, transversal non-experimental design. The population is represented by small businesses in the garment sector in the city of Barranquilla (Colombia), and the sample corresponds to 64 analysis units, selected by simple random sampling. The research is developed through the survey technique, with a questionnaire of 42 items, validated by the judgment of five experts, and its reliability calculated with the Cronbach's Alpha coefficient, with a result of 0.89. The results indicate a high presence of external forms and stages of technological management, as well as a moderate presence of indicators of technological strategies. The analysis allows to extract the importance for the sector. ; El objetivo general de este trabajo fue describir las etapas de la gestión tecnológica presentes en las pequeñas empresas del sector confecciones en la ciudad de Barranquilla, Departamento del Atlántico-Colombia. La variable Gestión Tecnológica se fundamentó en las teorías de autores como Aponte (2015), Afuach (1999) y Rincón y Peláez (2013), entre otros. La investigación tipificó como descriptiva, bajo enfoque cuantitativo, con un diseño no experimental transversal. La población quedó conformada por las pequeñas empresas del sector confecciones de la ciudad de Barranquilla (Colombia). La muestra quedó conformada por 64 unidades de análisis, seleccionadas mediante muestreo aleatorio simple. Como técnica para la recolección de los datos se aplicó una encuesta tipo cuestionario conformado por 42 ítems, validado mediante el juicio de cinco expertos, y su confiabilidad calculada con el coeficiente de Alfa de Cronbach, con un valor de ... |
