| الوصف: | The article shows that the problem of ranking alternatives in decision-making in the management system of armaments and military equipment should be solved on the basis of the method of analysis of hierarchies. The analytic hierarchy process is an structured technique for organizing and analyzing complex decisions based on mathematics and psychology. However, when analyzing a large number of alternatives, there is a problem of calculating a random index of consistency of comparison matrices, because the approximation of the corresponding function of quadratic and cubic functions does not give a reliable result. To evaluate the opinions of experts, it is proposed to use a function based on the dynamics of changes in the maximum eigenvalue of the judgment matrix. Its approximation by the method of least squares is carried out with high accuracy, and the correlation coefficient is 0.99. This approach can be used quite effectively to assess the consistency of judgments of decision-makers with a large number of alternative solutions. A new criterion for assessing the feasibility of adopting a matrix of comparisons based on the analysis of the maximum eigenvalue of each studied matrix as a consistency index, which is simpler than the corresponding Saati index. This approach allows to set the necessary levels of consistency to the existing restrictive situations in the management system of armaments and military equipment and uses the relative criterion of acceptability of large matrices. ; Проведен сравнительный анализ известных исследований и подходов к оценке проходимости полноприводных автомобилей в условиях бездорожья. По результатам анализа установлено, что отечественные подходы базируются на традиционных со времен СССР принципах, которые по показателям и критериям оценки отличаются от принятых в странах НАТО.
