الوصف: | Since the health sector is a labor-intensive and collaborative sector, it has an exemplary structure where teamwork can be explored. 112 employees, a sub-branch of the health sector, are one of the most sensitive groups in terms of teamwork and time management. Especially EMT and paramedics working in ambulances are the lifeblood of 112 Emergency Call Centers. It is vital that EMT and Paramedics have a high team cohesion in order to reach the patient by ambulance, to make the first aid in the ambulance and to bring the patient to the hospital quickly. The aim of the research is; investigate the teamwork among EMT and paramedics and evaluate it according to demographic variables. In this context, the Teamwork Attitudes Scale (ECTS) was applied to 191 EMTs and Paramedics working in 112 Emergency Call Centers in Adana city center. A high score on the scale consisting of 5 dimensions (status monitoring, mutual support, communication, team structure, leadership) and 28 questions indicates a positive attitude towards teamwork. It was observed that the average of the answers given by the participants was high, they were aware of the importance of teamwork and they were compatible with teamwork. Non-parametric tests were used in the analyzes made with SPPS 22, Mann Whitney U was used for pair wise comparisons and Kruskal-Wallis was applied for multiple comparisons. Accordingly, while there was a statistically significant difference in the "Condition Monitoring" dimension for the gender variable, there was no significant difference in any dimension for the age and job variables. There is statistically significant difference in "Mutual Support" dimension for seniority in the job. As a result, it has been determined that the team cohesion of the participant EMT and Paramedics is high, there is cooperation and cooperation within the team, the effect of the team leader on the team performance is aware, and effective communication is carried out. ; Sağlık sektörü emek yoğun ve işbirliğine ... |
