| الوصف: | Bakalářskou práci jsem vypracovala v rámci studia oboru Ošetřovatelství. Vybrala jsem si konkrétní klientku, paní X. Y., která byla přijata dne 6. 4. 2010 na gynekologické oddělení. Důvodem přijetí byla plánovaná operace - laparoskopicky asistovaná vaginální hysterektomie. Práce má 60 stran a skládá se z klinické a ošetřovatelské části. V klinické části jsem se zaměřila na anatomii dělohy, druhy laparoskopických operací, popisu operace, na její indikace a na kontraindikace tohoto zákroku. V neposlední řadě jsem se zaměřila na benigní onemocnění dělohy. V ošetřovatelské části popisuji ošetřovatelský proces u paní X. Y., který jsem zpracovala dle M. Gordonové. ; Diploma thesis I developed in the study of nursing. I chose a particular klient, a lady X. Y., who was taken apríl 6, 2010 at the gynecologicae department. The reason for the adoption of the proposed operation - laparoscopic assisted vaginae hysterectomy. Labours has 60 pages and consists of theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part, I focused on the anatomy of the uterus, the types of laparoscopis operations, describing the operation of its indications and contraindications for this procedure. Finally, I focused on benign diseases of the uterus. The practical part describes the nursing process with Mrs. X. Y., which was elaborated by M.
