| الوصف: | Cilj diplomske naloge je raziskati širše področje medijskega prava. Osredotočili se bomo na dve pogosto nasprotujoči si pravici, pravico do svobodnega izražanja ter pravico do časti in dobrega imena. V ospredju je seveda svoboda izražanja, ustavna pravica, brez katere si težko predstavljamo demokratično družbo. Pravica, ki je temeljni pogoj za razvoj in samoizpolnitev (self-fulfillment) vsakega posameznika. Skozi primere bomo spoznali prakso Evropskega sodišča za človekove pravice. Posegli bomo na področje domnevno spornih karikatur in vprašanje žaljenja preko njih. ; The objective of the thesis is to explore a wider field of media law. We will focus on the two often conflicting rights, the right to the freedom of speech and the right to honour and goodwill. In the forfront is the constitutional right of the freedom of speech, without which it is hard to imagine a democratic society. The right, which is prerequisite for the development and self-fulfillment of each individual. Throughout the practices you will encounter examples of the European Court of Human Rights. We have disrupted the scope of supposedly controversial issue of caricatures and the question of insulting through them. |
