| الوصف: | 現今社會人口老化的問題越來越嚴重，政府為了鼓勵生育也推動了許多育兒津貼的補助，想來減緩人口老化以及提高生育率，但效果並不有效。因此想透過這次的研究來探討到底是有那些因素影了台灣的生育率。由歷年的文獻發現影響低生育率除了低薪、失業率、平均薪資之外再來就是現今的社會文化，婦女勞動力的提升、受教水準提升以及價值觀的改變，這些因素都是我們應該要去解決的問題。 本研究分為四個章節，第壹章緒論，包含了研究目的及研究動機。第貳章文獻探討低薪、失業率、平均薪資、婦女勞動參與率及價值觀對生育率有何影響。第叁、肆章利用EXCEL 回歸分析來探討出失業率及平均薪資是否對生育率有影響以及探討其他不可量化但也對出生率造成影響之因素。 ; Since the problem of aging society is getting more and more serious, our government has released many subsidies to try to raise the birthrates and slow down the speed of aging of our society. However, it sems doesn’t really work. Therefore, I would like to explore through this study to see whether which factors influence the birthrates in Taiwan. According to the documents over the years, we have found that low wages, unemployment rate and average wages are all the factors causing the low birthrates in Taiwan. Moreover, the current social culture, women’s increased labor force participation, increased education level and the change of values are also included. All of these factors are also the problems that we have to deal with. This research is divided into four chapters. The first chapter is about the introduction and the purpose and motivation of this research. The second chapter is a documentary discusses of how low wages, unemployment rates, average wages, women’s labor force participation and values influence the birthrates. In the third and fourth chapters,uses a regression analysis in EXCEL is used to discuss if unemployment rate and average wages do have an impact on birthrates and also if there are other unquantifiable factors that influence birthrates the same. |
