Young Dairymen Milking Profits. ; YOUNG DAIRYMEN MILKING PROFITS Forty members of the Cheney 4-H Dairy club earned $2407.18 on their dairy cows in the six months. They recently filed records with the county club agent, William J. Green. This is an average income of $10 per month for each member while attending school. The boys, led by Verle Kaiser, kept a milk, butterfat and feed record, which furnished them valuable information concerning the dairy business. At their monthly meeting the members discussed management-, feeding, record keeping and milk testing for butterfat content. |
