In all cases, the majority of the protein elutes at a volume presumably corresponding to a monomer. (D ) Elution profile of oxidized pORF19 KCTD CC analyzed by SEC aligned to the profile of the non-oxidized wt pORF19 KCTD . The vertical red dotted lines mark the elution volume of the oxidized pORF19 KCTD CC and the non-oxidized wt pORF19 KCTD (B) .
