Ozon, hızla oksijene parçalanması, hiçbir kalıntı bırakmaması sebebiyle başta gıda, kimyasal endüstri ve sağlık sektörü olmak üzere birçok farklı alanda koruyucu ve dezenfeksiyon amaçlı kullanılmaktadır. Bu çalışmada ozon uygulamasının, etlik piliç yemlerinin mikrobiyolojik özellikleri ve besin madde kompozisyonu üzerine etkileri araştırılmıştır. Bu amaçla saf oksijenden üretilen ozon, farklı doz ve farklı sürelerde etlik piliç yemlerine uygulanmıştır. Ozon uygulaması öncesi yemlere Aspergillus niger küfü bulaştırılmış, ardından farklı doz ve sürelerde ozon gazı uygulamasının etkileri incelenmiştir. Ozon uygulaması sonucu yem örneklerindeki Aspergillus niger ve küf-maya sayılarında azalma görülmüş ve istatistikî olarak farklılık önemli bulunmuştur (P<0,01). ; Ozone is quickly used for preservation and disinfection in many different areas, especially in the food, chemical industry and health sector due to its disintegration into oxygen and no residue. In this study, the effects of ozone application on the microbiological properties and nutrient composition of broiler feed were investigated. For this purpose, ozone produced from pure oxygen was applied to broiler feed at different doses and different times. Aspergillus niger was introduced into the feeds before the application of ozone and then the effects of ozone gas application at different doses and times were investigated.Aspergillus niger and mold-yeast numbers were decreased in the feed samples as a result of the ozone application and statistically significant difference was found (P <0,01). |
