| الوصف: | Статья посвящена выявлению критических факторов успешности применения компетентностного подхода на предприятии в контексте его стратегии устойчивого развития и определению механизма регулирования компетенций организации и персонала. Представлен опыт предприятия по внедрению подхода и его улучшению. Обоснованы критические факторы, которые определяют успешность подхода, и представлена модель взаимосвязей компетенций организации и персонала. Сформулировано концептуальное предложение о механизме регулирования компетенций организации и персонала. ; Thе article is devoted to revealing the critical factors of successful application of the competency-based approach at the enterprise within the context of its strategy of sustainable development and defining the mechanism for regulation of the organizational and personnel competences. The experience of the approach introduced at the enterprise and the ways of its improvement are offered. Critical factors which define success of the approach are proved and the model of interrelations of competencies between the organization and the personnel is presented. The conceptual suggestion of the competence regulating mechanism of both the organization and the personnel is formulated. |
