| الوصف: | Le patrimoine architectural du xxe siècle, sa connaissance, sa reconnaissance et sa préservation, constitue un sujet inépuisable de débats depuis plusieurs décennies. Peu après la création de DOCOMOMO International, le Conseil de l’Europe établissait déjà, en 1991, le constat de pertes patrimoniales irrémédiables et préconisait aux États membres de prendre en charge ces sujets de façon volontariste. Il les incitait notamment à mettre en œuvre des stratégies d’identification, d’étude, de prote. ; The architectural heritage of the 20th century, its knowledge, recognition and preservation, has been an undeniable subject of debate for several decades. Shortly after the creation of DOCOMOMO International, the Council of Europe had already established, in 1991, irretrievable financial losses and recommended that the Member States take responsibility for these matters in a proactive manner. In particular, it encouraged them to implement strategies for identification, study, proactively, etc. |
