| الوصف: | 碩士 ; 國立政治大學 ; 圖書資訊學數位碩士在職專班 ; 106913014 ; 本研究旨在探討大學生對大學圖書館發展性書目療法服務專區的需求及使用建議，研究目的包括(一)了解大學生情緒困擾問題與尋找情緒療癒圖書的管道。(二)探究大學生對圖書館發展性書目療法服務專區的需求與看法。(三)了解大學生對圖書館施行發展性書目療法服務專區之使用心得及建議。(四)探討大學生對圖書館建置療癒素材網路平臺之使用心得及建議。 在研究設計上，本研究採取質性研究法，針對清華大學20位使用過清華大學南大校區圖書館書目療法服務專區(心靈驛站)的大學部學生進行半結構式訪談，其研究結果顯示，大學生最常發生的情緒困擾問題是課業問題。在面對情緒困擾時，受訪者最多會利用心理方面的自助書。此外，在受訪者找尋情緒療癒圖書時，多數會以圖書館作為找尋的管道。在對圖書館發展性書目療法服務專區的需求與看法方面，多數受訪者會利用圖書館館藏資源來找尋適合的療癒圖書，其考量主要原因是省錢、方便及可以直接到架上瀏覽。再者，受訪者在圖書館找尋療癒圖書最常遭遇到的困難是書外借預約等候期長。因此，受訪者認為設置書目療法服務專區能幫助找尋療癒圖書，同時，一致認為大學圖書館有需要設置發展性書目療法服務專區。 在對圖書館施行發展性書目療法服務專區之使用心得及建議方面，受訪者最常利用專區作為休憩及心靈沉澱的空間，而心理自助書是專區最多被受訪者使用的資料類型。圖書館書目療法服務專區空間設計及設備安置方面，受訪者建議專區色調可利用淺色系或暖色系、木質地板或地毯等，以營造溫馨舒適的氣氛。此外，受訪者認為在專區典藏圖書依情緒困擾議題進行分類排列，專區圖書封面貼有圖書心靈啟發的作用及專區館藏限館內閱覽政策，較能符合使用者需求。再者，受訪者建議發展性書目療法服務可利用書展、電影賞析、演講等活動及利用社交網路平臺等管道加強宣傳及推廣。 在對圖書館建置療癒素材網路平臺之使用心得及建議，受訪者認為療癒素材網路平臺是有助於找尋情緒療癒圖書，同時，表示圖書館所設置療癒素材網路平臺可成為挑選療癒素材參考資源。在網路平臺的建議方面，受訪者認為療癒素材網站平臺除提供情緒療癒圖書的解題書目之外，還可設計一些互動的功能或活動。此外，在版面編排上儘量能與博客來網站書店相似，網頁能以書封圖像為主的檢索方式，使網站的設計更為友善及親切，較能吸引更多讀者使用。 最後根據研究結果，對大學圖書館提出以下建議：(一)設立發展性書目療法服務專區，作為學生心靈療癒的空間；(二)建置療癒素材網路平臺，作為學生找尋療癒素材的參考資源；(三)透過多元管道加強發展性書目療法服務的推廣及宣傳活動；(四)大學圖書館成立讀書會，培養館員閱讀習慣及導讀能力；(五)鼓勵大學圖書館館員參與發展性書目療法服務課程。 ; The purpose of this study is to explore the needs and use suggestions of undergraduates for the development bibliotherapeutic service area in the university library. The research objectives include (1) Understanding the emotional problems of undergraduates and the pipeline for finding emotional healing books. (2) Exploring the needs and views of undergraduates on the library development bibliotherapy therapy service area. (3) Understand the use and suggestions of undergraduates on the implementation of the developmental bibliotherapeutic service area of the library. (4) Exploring the use and suggestions of undergraduates on the use of the library to build a therapeutic material network platform.
