The LGBT Committee from Medellín’s Commune 8 is the first LGBT collective subject of reparation in Colombia. This organization seeks appropriation of territory and recognition of sexual and gender diversity, and is committed to the inclusion of various social groups. It sought to interpret the social and political incidence that The Committee has in the peacebuilding through the systematization of experiences. Interactive techniques for the generation of information and analytical tools typical of the qualitative approach were privileged. It was possible to identify that in Colombia the LGBT population has a differentiated regulatory framework, however, the gaps in terms of respect and inclusion for this population show that there are still gaps to talk about recognition and inclusion and materialize the stable and lasting peace towards which the country must transit. ; La Mesa LGBT de la Comuna 8 de Medellín es el primer sujeto colectivo de reparación LGBT en Colombia. Esta organización busca la apropiación del territorio y el reconocimiento de la diversidad sexual y de género, y le apuesta a la inclusión de diferentes sectores de la sociedad. A través de la sistematización de experiencias se buscó interpretar la incidencia social y política que tiene la Mesa en la construcción de paz. Se privilegiaron técnicas interactivas para la generación de información y herramientas analíticas propias del enfoque cualitativo. Se logró identificar que en Colombia la población LGBT cuenta con un marco normativo diferenciado, sin embargo, las brechas en materia de respeto e inclusión para esta población dan cuenta de que aún existen vacíos para hablar de reconocimiento e inclusión y materializar la paz estable y duradera hacia la que debe transitar el país. |
