The article describes the possibility of storing and reconstructing collective memory in the text of the preambleto the Constitution. The source material, which was analyzed, was the introduction to the currentlybinding constitution of the Republic of Poland.The aim of the study was to identify and describe fragments of the preamble, having a real potential ofinfluence on shaping the social memory of the community. The methodology of cultural memory, proposedby Aleida and Jan Assmann, became a methodological basis for the conducted observation, with particularemphasis on the assumptions about the figures of memory, that is facts or objects, recalling memories orimaginations about memories. ; W artykule poruszono kwestię możliwości przechowywania i rekonstruowania pamięci zbiorowej w tekście preambuły jako jej nośnika. Materiałem źródłowym, który został poddany analizie, była arenga obecnie obowiązującej konstytucji Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej.Celem badania uczyniono wyekscerpowanie i opisanie fragmentów preambuły, dysponujących realnym potencjałem oddziaływania na kształtowanie pamięci społecznej wspólnoty. Metodologiczną podstawą prowadzonego oglądu stała się koncepcja pamięci kulturowej zaproponowana przez Aleidę i Jana Assmannów, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem założeń o tzw. figurach pamięci, tj. faktach lub obiektach przywołujących wspomnienia lub wyobrażenia o wspomnieniach. |
