[eng] The main objective of this paper is to offer an analysis of the strategic role played by the concept of imagination in the thoughts of some contemporary women philosophers and a disentanglement of the essential link that exists between imagination and a common concern among those thinkers: the battle against unreality. My hypothesis is that this concern is one of the characteristics of the hidden tradition of women’s thought. ; [ita] L'obiettivo principale di questo lavoro è quello di offrire un'analisi del ruolo strategico svolto dal concetto di immaginazione nei pensieri di alcune filosofe contemporanee e una estrinsecazione del legame essenziale che esiste tra l'immaginazione e una comune preoccupazione tra queste pensatrici: la battaglia contro l’irrealtà. La mia ipotesi è che questa preoccupazione è una delle caratteristiche della tradizione nascosta del pensiero femminile. |
