| الوصف: | Reducing meat consumption and adopting plant-based diets are crucial for achieving the sustainability goals outlined by the EAT-Lancet Commission. Ecolabels, which inform consumers about the environmental impact of products, are a promising tool to influence dietary choices. Although ecolabels have been shown to promote sustainable food purchases, their modest effects raise questions about why these impacts are so limited. Grounded in behavioural change theory, this research aims to evaluates the impact of ecolabels on consumers’ environmental knowledge, willingness to adopt sustainable consumption behaviours, and actual food choices, focusing on factors influencing these outcomes.
