الوصف: | Plant growth and development are adversely affected by salinity, an important environmental stress that limits agricultural production. Considering the effects of mycorrhiza and rhizobacteria on plant growth and development in saline conditions, this study was carried out because it is thought that they create a synergistic effect and increase plant growth and development. In this study, it was aimed to determine the effects of mycorrhiza (Glomus iranicum var. tenuihypharum) and bacteria (Trichoderma harzianum T78) applied to H2274 and SC2121 tomato cultivars under salt stress on morphological and physiological parameters. The study was carried out as a pot experiment in a fully automated, climate-controlled venlo type glass greenhouse. Eight different applications were made to tomato plants. The study subjects: 1) Control (No microbial application), 2) No microbial application + Salt stress (100Mm NaCl), 3) Mycorrhiza applied, 4) Mycorrhiza + Salt stress, 5) Trichoderma applied, 6) Trichoderma + Salt, 7) Mycorrhiza + Trichoderma 8) Mycorrhiza + Trichoderma + Salt stress applications. In the study, the criteria examined in order to determine the effects of different applications on two tomato cultivars. Parameters such as plant height, stem diameter, plant green parts (leaf and stem) and fresh and dry root weights and SPAD value (chlorophyll index) were investigated. According to the results of the study, microbial applications in both tomato cultivars in plants without salt stress showed a statistically significant positive effect within the framework of the investigated parameters. Plants subjected to salt stress were negatively affected in terms of biomass development. Mycorrhiza (Glomus iranicum var. tenuihypharum) and bacteria (Trichoderma harzianum T78) treatments caused an increase in plant height, fresh and dry stem weight, fresh and dry root weight, root morphological characteristics and SPAD values in plants grown in control and salty conditions. It has been determined that the negative effects of salt ... |
