This work exposes the importance of carrying out a process reengineering by its acronym in English (BPR) through the integration of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) within the educational sector, starting from the line of generation and application of knowledge of the current doctoral program and in which the focus was directed towards the Administration and development of organizations, the present work aims to carry out the description and correlation of success factors based on the application of 4 already established models with success in the supply chain area, which have been adapted to the needs of the treasury department in order to demonstrate the benefit for both the user and the institution whose objective is to improve the perception and satisfaction of the services provided and aimed at the entire university community through the integration of ICT. ; El presente trabajo expone la importancia de llevar a cabo una reingeniería de procesos por sus siglas en inglés (BPR) mediante la integración de las Tecnologías de información y comunicación (TIC) dentro del sector educativo, partiendo de la línea de generación y aplicación del conocimiento del programa de doctorado en curso y en la cual el enfoque fue dirigido hacia la Administración y desarrollo de las organizaciones, el presente trabajo tiene por objeto llevar a cabo la descripción y correlación de factores de éxito en base a la aplicación de 4 modelos ya establecidos con éxito en el área de cadena de suministros mismos que se han adaptado a las necesidades del departamento de tesorería con la finalidad de demostrar el beneficio tanto para el usuario como para la institución cuyo objetivo es mejorar la percepción y satisfacción en cuanto a los servicios prestados y dirigidos a toda la comunidad universitaria mediante la integración de las TIC. |
