| الوصف: | Today, Beauchamp and Chisholm’s principlism is the dominant approach in bioethics. The model is top-down, comparable to a policeman’s attitude. Another approach is nevertheless possible, a bottom-up model based on casuistics, taking on a guide’s attitude. By comparing both approaches and considering recent findings in neuropsychology, it is possible to identify a series of difficulties due to principlism and to demonstrate the fruitfulness of casuistics’ for bioethics. ; Le principisme de Beauchamp et Childress est l’approche bioéthique dominante actuellement. C’est un modèle top-down, rappelant l’attitude du gendarme. Une autre approche est toutefois possible, celle de la casuistique, modèle bottom-up, à la manière du guide. La confrontation de ces deux approches et les données récentes de la neuropsychologie soulignent certaines difficultés du principisme et la fécondité de la casuistique pour la bioéthique. |
