| الوصف: | The article proposes a theoliterary reading of the work The Plumed Serpent by David Herbert Lawrence. It is, in fact, a theological-political utopia, which seeks a restoration of religious experience that is partly syncretic, as a prophetic critique of colonialism. In this sense, revisiting this work can fuel a decolonial theological reflection, which allows us to rethink the place of religion in relation to culture and human experience in general. ; L'article propose une lecture théolittéraire de l’ouvrage Le Serpent à plumes de David Herbert Lawrence. Il s’agit en fait d’une utopie théologico-politique qui cherche à restaurer une expérience religieuse en partie syncrétique, comme une critique prophétique du colonialisme. En ce sens, revisiter l’œuvre peut alimenter une réflexion théologique décoloniale, qui permet de repenser la place de la religion par rapport à la culture et à l’expérience humaine en général. ; O artigo propõe uma leitura teoliterária da obra The Plumed Serpent de David Herbert Lawrence. Trata-se, de facto, de uma utopia teológico-política, que busca uma restauração da experiência religiosa em parte sincrética, como crítica profética do colonialismo. Nesse sentido, a revisitação da obra pode alimentar uma reflexão teológica decolonial, que permite repensar o lugar do religioso na relação à cultura e à experiência humana em geral. |
