| الوصف: | According to the WHO, health is defined as “a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.” However, in older adults this state is observed more as a dynamic process in which both conditions, health and disease, go from one side to the other, more frequently than in younger age groups. In the physical health condition of older people, respiratory diseases are very frequent, even often fatal. ; Según la OMS se define la salud como “un estado de completo bienestar físico, psíquico y social y no meramente la ausencia de enfermedad o dolencia”. Sin embargo, en las personas adultas mayores este estado se observa más como un proceso dinámico en que ambas condiciones, salud y enfermedad van de un lado hacia el otro, más frecuentemente que en grupos de edad menores. En la condición de salud física de las personas mayores las afecciones respiratorias son muy frecuentes, incluso muchas veces letales. |
