Technology startups have a positive impact on the socioeconomic development of a region, but they lack resources, seeking support organizations, such as incubators and accelerators. This work aimed to identify the differences and similarities between incubation and acceleration programs, based on the resources offered, using the Resource Based View as a theoretical perspective. For this, a qualitative approach was adopted, with the realization of a case study with the application of semi-structured interviews with an incubator and an accelerator. Five categories of resources were identified: physical, financial, technological, organizational, and human. The results showed that the incubation and acceleration programs have different characteristics, not being exclusive but complementary. ; Las startups de tecnología tienen un impacto positivo en el desarrollo socioeconómico de una región, pero carecen de recursos, buscando organizaciones de apoyo, como incubadoras y aceleradoras. Este trabajo tuvo como objetivo identificar las diferencias y similitudes entre los programas de incubación y aceleración, a partir de los recursos ofrecidos, utilizando la Vista Basada en Recursos como perspectiva teórica. Para ello, se adoptó un enfoque cualitativo, con la realización de un estudio de caso con la aplicación de entrevistas semiestructuradas con una incubadora y una aceleradora. Se identificaron cinco categorías de recursos: físicos, financieros, tecnológicos, organizacionales y humanos.
