| الوصف: | The theme of the work is the use of palliative care by neonatal nursing to address different perceptions of such professionals, such as their achievement, anxieties, needs and involvement with the newborn and their families. The work aims to elucidate the importance of nursing when the newborn's health condition is serious, addressing their technical and psychological preparation and the way in which care is performed to prepare the family for the farewell and the moment of mourning. The work comprises an integrative, qualitative and exploratory-explanatory review that elucidates that nursing professionals get involved with newborns in the face of the difficulty of monitoring their suffering and that of their family, the frustration of not being able to re-establish their health and of offering comfort and comfort to those who accompany the suffering of their child suffering from a serious illness that can be fatal. ; O tema do trabalho consiste na utilização de cuidados paliativos pela enfermagem neonatal para abordar diferentes percepções de tais profissionais, como sobre a sua realização, anseios, necessidades e envolvimento com o recém-nascido e seus familiares. O trabalho almeja elucidar a importância da enfermagem quando o quadro de saúde do recém-nascido é grave, abordando sua preparação técnica, psicológica e a maneira como os cuidados são executados para a preparação da família para a despedida e o momento de luto. O trabalho compreende uma revisão integrativa, qualitativa e exploratória-explicativa que elucida que os profissionais de enfermagem se envolvem com os neonatos diante da dificuldade de acompanhar o seu sofrimento e o de sua família, a frustração por não conseguir reestabelecer a sua saúde e por oferecer consolo e conforto aos que acompanham o sofrimento de seu filho acometido por grave doença e que pode ser fatal. |
