| الوصف: | Sağlıkişletmelerinde son yıllarda teknolojiye dayalı, sürdürülebilir, kalite ve hastaodaklı hizmet talebindeki artış önemli boyutlara ulaşmıştır. Ticariişletmelerden farklı olarak anlık veya farklı zamanlarda yaşanabilecekproblemler olumsuz ve hayati öneme sahip sonuçlar ortaya koyabilmektedir. Karmaşıkyapı, işlev, süreç ve teknolojiye sahip bu kuruluşlarda yine farklı nitelik venicelikteki bileşenler bulunmakta, birbirlerinden bağımsız biçimde elealınmakta ve yönetilmeye çalışılmaktadır. Bu durum, teknolojiye dayalı,sürdürülebilir, kalite ve hasta odaklı hizmet verilmesini olumsuz yöndeetkilemektedir. Bu bağlamda sağlık işletmelerinde kullanıcı, süreç, uygulama ileteknolojik alt yapı bileşenleri boyutunda çözüm getirebilecek yaklaşımlardanbirisi de Kurumsal Mimaridir (KM). Bu kapsamda araştırmanın amacı, literatürdekiçalışmaları KM çerçevesinde inceleyerek sağlık işletmelerindeki süreçleri, veriyi,yazılımları, sistemleri ve teknolojik alt yapı bileşenlerini belirlemektir. ÇalışmadaSistematik Haritalama yöntemi kullanılmış, elde edilen bulgular yorumlanmıştır.Sağlık işletmelerine yönelik KM geliştirme faaliyetlerine ışık tutabilecek temelbilgileri sunmasını bu araştırmanın literatür ve endüstriye olan önemli katkısıolarak belirtmek mümkündür. Zaman ve yer sınırlılıklarından dolayı araştırmanınbir bölümü bu makalede sunulabilmiştir. Increase in the demand for technology-based,sustainable, quality and patient-oriented services in healthcare enterpriseshas reached to the significant levels. Unlike commercial enterprises, problemsthat may be experienced in real time or at various times can produce negativeand vital results. These organizations, which have complex structure, functions,processes and technology, have components of different quality and quantity, andthey are managed independently from each other. This situation adverselyaffects the delivery of technology-based, sustainable, quality andpatient-oriented health services. In this context, one of the approaches thatcan bring solution, in terms of user, process, application and technologicalinfrastructure components in health enterprises, may be Enterprise Architecture(EA). Therefore, the aim of this research is to determine the processes, data,software, systems and technological infrastructure components in health care organizationsby examining the studies within the framework of EA. Systematic Mapping Method isused and the findings are discussed aligned with EA principles. It is possibleto state that providing the basic information that can shed light on EAdevelopment activities for health enterprises is an important contribution ofthis research to the literature as well as to the industry. Only limited partof the research is presented due to time and space constraints. |
