| الوصف: | Doğu ladini (Picea orientalis L.)tohumlarının uzun süreli saklanması süreci sonunda çimlenme yüzdeleri vehızlarındaki değişimlerin tespit edilmesi amacıyla gerçekleştirilen buçalışmada 2005 yılında TÜBİTAK TOGTAG 3232 nolu proje kapsamında toplanan 18farklı orijine ait tohumlar kullanılmıştır. 0-5 ºC de 9 yıl boyunca saklanantohumlar dört tekrarlı olarak laboratuvar ortamında çimlendirilmiştir. Her birtekrarda 50 adet tohum kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen çimlenme sonuçları 2005yılında elde edilen sonuçlarla karşılaştırılmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda P. orientalis tohumlarınınyıllara göre çimlenme yüzdelerindeki oransal azalmalar %0.41 ile %79.05arasında meydana gelmiştir. Çimlenme hızlarındaki oransal azalmalar ise %12.76ile %77.61 arasında değişmektedir. Çimlenme yüzdesi ve hızında oransal olarak enaz azalmalar Artvin–Atilla ve Ardanuç–Ovacık (1) orijinlerinde, en fazla azalmaise Ordu–Çambaşı orijininde meydana gelmiştir. Çalışma sonuçlarına göre uzunsüreli saklamaya en uygun orijinlerin Artvin–Atila ve Ardanuç–Ovacık (1)orijinleri olduğu söylenebilir. This study was carried outto determine effects of long-term storage process on germination percentages andgermination rates of oriental spruce (Piceaorientalis L.) seeds. Seeds were used in this study belong to 18 differentorigin collected with TÜBİTAK Project number TOGTAG 3232. Seeds were stored at0-5ºC for 9 years that germinate in laboratory with four replications. 50 seedswere used in each replication. The result of germination compared withgermination achieved in TOGTAG 3232 project studies. As a result of the study,proportional reductions in the germination percentage of P. orientalis seeds by years were between 0.41% and 79.05%. Theproportional reductions in germination rates varied between 12.76% and 77.61%.The smallest decreases in the percentage and rate of germination were in Artvin–Atilla andArdanuç–Ovacık (1)origins and the most decrease occurred in the origin of Ordu–Çambaşı.According to the results of the study, it would be said that the most suitableoriginals for long-term storage are Artvin–Atila and Ardanuc–Ovacık (1)origin. |
