| الوصف: | It is noted that an important component of pedagogical skills is artistry, which must be developed in future teachers from their student years. Therefore, the study of the problem of using elements of Ukrainian culture in the growth of pedagogical artistry is timely. In modern pedagogical science, teacher's artistry is seen as a quality of personality; activity, the action of the teacher; ability, competence, creative realization and pick out two sides: internal and external. The internal side is determined by the culture of the teacher, his spontaneity and will, charm, emotionality, play of imagination, imagery of the way of setting and solving problems, associativity. It is a complex fusion of spiritual and physical elements. The external side of artistry is characterized by the game presentation of the teacher, i.e., the «technique of the game», the peculiarity of the attitude to the material, the transfer of emotional attitude to the activity, self-presentation, «directing» the lesson. The content of pedagogical artistry includes the personal qualities and professional abilities of primary school teachers; manifestations of professional activity of a teacher, the results of which are formed professional competencies; conditions of the organization of the educational process. We develop the pedagogical artistry with the help of professional and pedagogical training using elements of Ukrainian ethnoculture. The training included two cycles of exercises. The first group is the exercises of practical mastering of professional artistic and pedagogical technique. The second group is aimed at mastering the means of theater pedagogy and pedagogical directing in a given pedagogical situation. The effectiveness of the training complies with both external and internal conditions. The experimental study was conducted with students of the first (bachelor's) level of specialty 013 «Primary Education» and included the following areas: use of the discipline «Pedagogical skills and creativity of teachers», industrial pedagogical practice and independent work of students on professional self-improvement. It is noted that pedagogical artistry cannot be replicated. Students can begin forming their personal system of pedagogical influences, to be determined in the style of professional activity, considering the uniqueness of their character and individual characteristics. Зазначено, що важливим складником педагогічної майстерності є артистизм, який необхідно розвивати в майбутніх учителів ще зі студентських років. Тому дослідження проблеми використання елементів української культури у зростанні педагогічного артистизму є на часі. У сучасній педагогічній науці артистизм вчителя розглядають як якість особистості; діяльність, дію педагога; здібність, компетентність, творчу реалізацію і виділяють дві сторони: внутрішню й зовнішню. У зміст педагогічного артистизму входять особистісні якості та професійні здібності вчителя початкової школи; прояви професійної діяльності вчителя, результатом яких є сформовані професійні компетентності; умови організації освітнього процесу. Розвиток педагогічного артистизму здійснюємо за допомогою професійно-педагогічного тренінгу з використанням елементів української етнокультури. Експериментальне дослідження проводилося зі студентами першого (бакалаврського) рівня спеціальності 013 «Початкова освіта». |
