| الوصف: | A clinical description of Nelson syndrome developing in a woman of 44 is presented. Histologically the tumour of the hypophysis was an adenoma of mixed structure, electron microscopically it was found to consist of corticotropocytes in various stages of the secretory cycle. Adenoma of the hypophysis was diagnosed 4 years after bilateral adrenalectomy. |
