| الوصف: | Rad prikazuje kako je kriza utjecala na tržište rada u smislu broja nezaposlenosti i zaposlenosti. Koje su aktivne i pasivne politike na tržištu rada i izdvajanja za njihovo provođenje. U radu se također analiziraju programi socijalne pomoći i siromaštvo, kakve su se promjene dogodile i njihova povezanost s tržištem rada. Napravljena je i usporedba sa zemljama EU-a u kretanjima troškova socijalne zaštite. Hrvatsku je kriza snažno pogodila i uzrokovala negativne promjene na tržištu rada, a samim time i utjecala na povećanje siromaštva i nezaposlenosti. Sve zemlje su povećali troškove za socijalnu zaštitu, a najviše za programe zaštite od nezaposlenosti i programe socijalne pomoći. The paper shows how crisis affected to the labor market in terms of unemployment and employment. It also shows active and passive labor market policies and their implementation costs. The paper analyzes the social assistance and poverty programs, changes that they've made and their connection to labor market. The comparison with the EU countries in the trends of social protection expenditure is also made. Croatia was strongly affected by the crisis which caused negative changes to the labor market and increase of poverty and unemployment. All countries have increased costs for social protection, but mostly for the unemployment protection programs and social assistance programs. |
