| الوصف: | Este trabajo trata sobre la repercusión que tuvieron las rebeliones de Tupac Amaru en la Gobernación del Tucumán. Aquí la intervención del “bajo pueblo” tomó formas y direcciones bien diferentes a las peruanas y altoperuanas, ya que participaron, sobre todo, en las milicias encargadas de la represión. La población del Tucumán tenía una composición social distinta de la andina, con una proporción mucho menor de indígenas y con otro nivel, también inferior, de organización. Los milicianos muchas veces se alzaron y desobedecieron a sus líderes pero no por responder al llamado tupacamarista para restablecer el Incario, sino por causas propias que tenían que ver con formas desorganizadas de protesta frente a un sistema colonial resquebrajado y agotado. This paper is about the represcussion that Túpac Amaru's rebellions had in the Government of the Tucumán . Here the intervention of the «bajo pueblo» took forms and very different ways to the Peruvians and altoperuvians, since they was incorporated in the «milicias» to the repression. The population of the Tucumán had a social composition diflerent to the Andean one, with a proportion a lot smaller than indigenous and with another organization leuel.
