| الوصف: | El presente documento corresponde a las memorias de diseño y análisis estructural del proyecto residencial Oregon, el cual se localiza en la ciudad de Santiago de Cali. Específicamente corresponde al diseño estructural de una edificación de 10 pisos con sótano, en una zona sísmica alta, con un sistema estructural combinado, siguiendo los lineamientos establecidos en la NSR-10. Estructura a la cual posteriormente se le realiza un análisis inelástico, de acuerdo a lo especificado en el documento ASCE 41-13, por medio del procedimiento no lineal elástico (NSP), con el propósito de establecer el mecanismo de colapso de la estructura, el cual se define a través de la curva de pushover. Al final se concluye sobre la funcionalidad del sistema estructural considerando las condiciones de diseño, y se establecen las posibles limitaciones de la NSR-10 frente a la resistencia, desplazamientos y nivel de daño que presenta la estructura en estudio. This document corresponds to the design and structural analysis reports of the Oregon residential project, which is located in the city of Santiago de Cali. Specifically corresponds to the structural design of a 10-story building with basement, in a high seismic zone, with a combined structural system, following the guidelines established in the NSR-10. Structure to which an inelastic analysis is subsequently carried out, according to what is specified in document ASCE 41-13, by means of the elastic non-linear procedure (NSP), with the purpose of establishing the mechanism of collapse of the structure, the which is defined through the pushover curve. At the end, the functionality of the structural system is considered, considering the design conditions, and the possible limitations of the NSR-10 are established against the resistance, displacements and level of damage that the structure under study presents.
