| الوصف: | Pathomorphological research of dead bodies of hens with the egg drop syndrome is conducted. It is set that in 17,57 % hens diarrhea is registered. During the dissection at these hens the serosal catarrh of small intestine is set. At the histological examination microscopic changes are registered in all layers of intestinal wall, except for her serosa. Basic microscopic changes there was in a mucous shall. On most areas of between her folds a mucous shall is fully blasted to the area of crypts. Placed hemorrhages are registered in her. The basophilic inclusion bodies is localized in the nuclei of many epithelial cells. |
