| الوصف: | Maģistra darbā “Sociālais darbs ar jauniešiem ar īpašām vajadzībām” aplūkots kā jaunieši ar dažādiem funkcionalitātes traucējumiem spēj apzināties, stiprināt un attīstīt savu rīcībspēju. Darbā tiek identificētas jauniešu ar invaliditāti ikdienas vajadzības un spēju šī vajadzības patstāvīgi apmierināt. Darba ietvaros tiek aplūkota sociālā darba nozīmība jauniešu ar īpašām vajadzībām motivēšanā būt patstāvīgiem un apzināties sevi kā līdzvērtīgu sabiedrības locekli. Apzinot intervijas ar jauniešiem un sociālajiem darbiniekiem, tiks vērtēta savstarpējā saskarsme un sadarbība jauniešu ar īpašām vajadzībām dzīves kvalitātes sekmēšanā. Nepieciešams izzināt jauniešu ar īpašām vajadzībām rīcībspējas sekmēšanu, novērojot un izvērtējot šobrīd esošo pasaules un Latvijas pieredzi, apzinot iesaistīto personu loku – kā jauniešu, tā sociālo darbinieku un cita atbalsta personāla viedokli, lai panāktu uzlabojumus jauniešu pašvērtējumā. Pētījums pierāda tēmas aktualitāti un nepieciešamību to izzināt dažādos aspektos. This Master’s thesis “Social work with youth with special needs” examines, how young people with various functional impairments are able to be aware of their disabilities, as well as strengthen and develop their ability to act. This study identifies the daily needs of young people with disabilities and how these needs can be continuously met. This work also examines the importance of motivation within social work with disabled youth and how it can help young people become more independent and perceive themselves as equal members of the society. In-depth interviews with young people and social workers will be carried out to evaluate the mutual communication and cooperation to improve the lives of young people with disabilities. It is crucial to understand the underlying drivers of ability to act among young people with disabilities by evaluating the current experience and expertise in this field in the world and in Latvia. It can be established by involving three key elements – young people with disabilities, their social workers and other expert opinion to determine how improvements can be made in the self-esteem of young people with disabilities. This research shows the importance and novelty of this subject, as well as further need to examine this topic from different aspects. |
