Este trabajo de grado tiene como objetivo principal, diseñar la estrategia de sostenibilidad en la emisora comunitaria Sabrosa Stereo ubicada en la provincia de Ocaña y de esta manera contar con una herramienta integral para la gestión de sus partes interesadas y que responda a los principios planteados en las iniciativas de Pacto Global y Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible. Para ello, se plantea un diagnóstico para conocer el grado de apropiación de esta temática en la emisora, a continuación, se aplica la metodología para la gestión de partes interesadas la cual se constituye en el insumo principal para la definición de los temas materiales de la emisora y para proponer el plan de comunicaciones con sus grupos de interés. Posteriormente, se diseña la estrategia de sostenibilidad la cual es el eje central para la gestión de los temas materiales que finalmente derivarán en el reporte de sostenibilidad. Finalmente se plantea un plan de intervención que servirá no solo como el marco para el despliegue de la estrategia de sostenibilidad en la emisora, sino también, para el monitoreo y control de metas asociadas. This work of degree has as main objective, to design the sustainability´s strategy in the community radio station Sabrosa Stereo, which is located in the province of Ocaña and thus have a comprehensive tool for the management of its stakeholders and that responds to the principles raised in the initiatives of Global Compact and Sustainable Development Goals. To do this, a diagnosis is made to know the degree of ownership of this issue in the radio station, then the methodology for the management of stakeholders is applied which is the main input for the definition of the material issues of the radio station and to design the communications plan with its stakeholders. Subsequently, the sustainability strategy is designed, which is the central axis for the management of material issues that will eventually result in the sustainability report.
