The main aim of the final thesis is to verify effeciency of targeted enviromental education in kindegarten, its influence on shaping bases of ecoliteracy of children at the preschool age. We observed finfings about nature, changes in children behaviour and conductions, gradual establishment of relationship to the enviroment. In the theoretical part are explained terms such as ecology, enviromental/ecological education, ecoliteracy, global education and education of sustainable development. In the practical part is formulated and implemented class educational programm composed of six integrated topic units focused on enviromental education. By the observation and interviews with children we found out that the targeted enviromental education had a positive impact on forming the relationships toward the nature, encouraged interest of children in science activities, expanded awarness about the enviroment and created the bases of suitable attitudes and values leading to sustainable development. |
