V diplomskem delu, je prikazana ideja, kako eliminirati turbo luknjo v motorju z notranjim zgorevanjem. V nalogi je opisano delovanje turbokompresorja, njegove komponente ter njihova vloga obstoječe izvedbe za zmanjšanje turbo luknje in opis programa AVL BOOST. Predstavljen je sistem za eliminacijo turbo luknje in model motorja z notranjim zgorevanjem, kamor bo sistem integriran in testiran. Na podlagi simulacij je izbran model, ki ima najbolj ugoden potek karakteristik, ki so spremljane. Izvedena primerjava karakteristik klasičnega in modificiranega motorja, kaže na učinkovitost predstavljene eliminacije turbo luknje. In the work title, the idea of how to reduce the turbo lag in internal combustion engine is shown. The task describes the operation of turbocharger, its components and their role, the existing turbo lag designs and the description of avl boost program. The system for eliminating the turbo lag and internal combustion engine model is presented, in which the system will be integrated and tested. On the basis of simulations, a model will be selected, which will have the most favorable course of caracteristics that will be monitored. A classic and modified engine will be compared to see, if the turbo lag was able to be eliminated. |
