Work satisfaction can be defined as a positive value of an individual that reflects in their love for work and looking forward to new challenges which all contributes to positive emotions about work and an optimistic view of their future career. Satisfied and highly motivated employees attain their goals and are efficient. It has been proved that an organization is as strong as their human resources. The importance of satisfaction is confirmed by the fact that badly or insufficiently done work is the main reason for fluctuation. |
